Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.
Services and scope
We design and build minimum viable products and related landing pages. The exact deliverables, timeline and price for your project are defined in a written proposal or specification agreed before work begins. Anything outside that agreed scope is treated as a new request and may affect timeline and price.
Pricing and payment
Prices published on this website are indicative and refer to the standard package as described. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects are invoiced with a deposit before work starts and the balance before final handover. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid APIs and subscriptions are not included.
Client responsibilities
Delivery timelines assume timely feedback, content and access from you. You confirm that any material you provide (text, images, logos, data) is lawful and that you hold the rights to use it.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the custom code and assets created specifically for your project transfers to you. Third-party libraries and services remain under their own licences. We retain the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Support and revisions
The standard package includes two weeks of post-launch support for fixes and minor adjustments. Ongoing development, new features or long-term maintenance can be arranged separately.
Cancellation
Either party may end a project in writing. Work completed up to that point, plus any third-party costs already incurred, remains payable. Deposits covering work already performed are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided without any guarantee of commercial results, revenue or rankings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
